After signing in, an eligible account admin opens Account → Connect your AI. The in-product guide supports OAuth and separate MCP-only keys for compatible remote clients, including supported versions of Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other MCP clients. Client availability depends on each provider's plan and remote-MCP support.
Connected assistants can work only with the approved 1OAKS account. They can prepare drafts and other work, but a live campaign action waits for a person to review it inside 1OAKS and re-runs the current safety checks. MCP-only keys cannot launch or send.
Normal campaign messages are delivered through SendGrid using a verified domain and mailbox address. Microsoft Graph supports sign-in, mailbox and reply access, and selected tests or service messages; it is not the normal campaign route.
During beta, automated background warmup is off. New senders use a gradual real-campaign ramp with readiness and placement checks. Real sending remains gated until the account, domain, mailbox, mailing address, and platform controls are ready.
