Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 18 May 2026.
This policy protects recipients, your sender reputation, and the shared deliverability of the platform. Breaching it can get you — and other customers — blocklisted, so we enforce it firmly.
You must
- Only contact people you have a lawful basis to email.
- Use accurate sender identity and a real, monitored reply address.
- Honor opt-outs immediately — every send includes one-click unsubscribe and we auto-suppress on unsubscribe, bounce, and reply.
- Keep lists clean; remove role and invalid addresses.
You must not
- Send unlawful, deceptive, or misleading content, or spoof headers.
- Email purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists where consent is required.
- Send malware, phishing, scams, or content promoting illegal goods, fraud, or harassment.
- Evade unsubscribe, suppression, rate limits, or deliverability controls.
- Operate sending volumes or content that materially harm platform reputation.
Enforcement
We may pause a tenant's sending immediately (kill-switch) and investigate on credible signals of abuse, high bounce/complaint rates, or blocklisting. Severe or repeated violations result in termination. Report abuse or a compromised account to [email protected].
Outages & incidents
If sending is degraded on our side, queued messages wait rather than fail-send; we work to resume safely. Status and incident questions: [email protected].
