1. What 1OAKS is

1OAKS is a managed cold-email outreach platform. We provide sequencing, personalization, deliverability tooling, and mailbox integration. During the current beta, some onboarding steps (domain authentication, mailbox provisioning) may be performed by our team on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and have authority to send on behalf of the sending domain and mailboxes you connect.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of 1OAKS is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension of sending or termination.

4. Email compliance is your responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing your messages, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK-GDPR, and equivalent regulations — including consent, accurate sender identification, honoring unsubscribe requests, and suppression. 1OAKS provides unsubscribe handling and bounce/reply auto-stop as tools; it does not make your campaigns lawful by itself.

5. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features during beta.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1OAKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, deliverability outcomes, or sender-reputation effects arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required to protect the platform's sending reputation or other customers.
